Guests with Special Needs
The hotel offers wheel-chair accessible rooms due to availability of elevator for guests with special needs. Please contact our reservation department prior to arrival so we can make arrangements accordingly.
Breakfast timings: 8:00 am to 10:30 am in main restaurant
Rescheduling Cancellation Policy:
If you need to reschedule, we will be glad to help, however rescheduling your reservation is subject to room availability. In the event of cancellation of your reservation, charges apply as follows:
- 95% payment to be refunded if cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival date
- 48-72 hours prior to arrival: 50 percent of the room tariff per reserved room
- Less than 48 hours prior to arrival: Room tariff for one night per reserved room
- The refundable amount will be returned via bank transfer in next ten working days
